Kids and the SCIENCE DISPROVES GOD Argument

In today’s world be can expect our kids to encounter the claim, SCIENCE HAS DISPROVED THE EXISTENCE OF GOD. Bestselling books by Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, and Sam Harris have convinced the academic world (where most of our kids will spend some time) to think that science in general, and evolutionary science in particular has made belief in God part of a mythology that science has outgrown. In The God Delusion, Dawkins goes so far as to say that you cannot be an intelligent scientific thinker and hold religious beliefs. This perspective shapes much of our culture. This article helps men equip our kids to respond to this thinking with truth and confident faith.

How Should Christian Men Respond to Toxic Masculinity?

Toxic masculinity is a term recently made popular in academic and media circles to describe the male aggression that leads to sexual assault, domestic assault, and bullying. In my view, Christians today should be leading the way in the fight against toxic masculinity for the honor of Christ, because the world needs self-giving manhood, and because so many of the solutions to toxic masculinity being offered in our culture are destructive. This episode examines four solutions we need to reject and recognize as harmful to our loved ones. It then reviews the six aspects of heart driven masculinity that were covered earlier in this series.

Successfully Passing On Our Spiritual Heritage

If Christian men are asked, What one prayer in your entire life do you most want God to answer?” nearly all of them with kids would say, “I most want God to work in the hearts of my children to bring them to faith and a strong walk with Christ.” That answer pleases God, because he wants Christian men to leave behind a godly heritage.
